‘Champix’ or ‘Chantix’ for American’s; Pfizer wonder drug ? Update

I have totally gotten away from the plume of smoke that once surrounded me. I went from the two a day, and pack that was lasting over a week, to none! and in all honesty,  it is easier while taking the drug not smoking than smoking some. I find I currently don’t desire smokes at all. When I had a pack in my possession, knowing that pack was available, and able to smoke a couple of those addictive sticks a day, it made the want for them greater. Eliminate smokes totally from your life, pop a couple of those magical Pfizer pill’s, you no longer have the want, desire or need to smoke the cigarettes…

Mind you, you are recommended to quit after 14 days on the drug.. I went 28 days but I based this decision on wanting to cut back first and know I was good and ready to quit.

I also report absolutely no side effects from the drug… Now I am waiting patiently for my running to improve slightly 🙂

Cheers !

congrats man! keeping a steady workout schedule makes it so much easier for me to stay healthy. Having to get up to run in the morning really makes you think about what you put in your body the night before… Looking forward to reading more!

thanks man… its difficult getting up and running in the morning, especially on Sunday… I always wonder on Sunday’s why I do it! Always feel great afterwards though

Admiration for your running habit! most on sunday and probably on cold….. I quit smoking a couple of years ago, without medication, just with will. It worked… for a year. Don’t take even a puff, even after a long time, because you plonge back. That’s my experience. So keep running and bravo!!!
