Thinking it is time to get active again?
Sitting at the office, staring out the window, I started thinking; “I have to hop on the horse and get active again, soon”… A person could really get use to this non-active routine. It’s like a vacation from physical activity…
I am thinking of biting the bullet, venturing to the gym, hopping on a spin bike followed by a light run/jog/walk tomorrow. It will probably feel better spinning out all the tightness. My legs are returning to normal with the pain slowly subsiding… I think that’s a sign the legs want to start moving again. They really started feeling restless last night.
