Groin pain = gone! Amazing that such a simple activity such as riding a bike can inflict so much pain. I hopped on without a thought to further adjusting the bike to better meet the requirements of my body. I adjusted the seat height and off I went. I later noticed that the seat and handlebars move forwards and backwards, the handlebars also move up and down. I took note for next time! I don’t think my positioning was correct… Why I was hardly able to walk after getting off?
It was an attempt at shaking out the tightness and I am hoping it worked. I would like to run outside this weekend and If it goes similar to the 3 miles on the treadmill, it isn’t going to be a stellar performance. I can’t remember the last time it took 30+ minutes to run 3 miles…
It makes me want to cross train more frequently.
