Workout planning…


I wonder if I remember how to set up intervals on the Garmin? I am thinking It is time to man up and do some speed work. It is so much easier on a treadmill only requiring a quick adjustment of the speed button… I am going to take it outside…

I figure I should be able to perform this workout similar to what I have been doing on the treadmill… Warmup, some intervals, 2 minute bursts/ 1.5 minute recovery, cooldown… 8 – 10 miles later… I figure if anything it will break up my boring run… With a nice long  2 mile warmup and cooldown at a nice, comfortable, relaxing speed, the craziness in the middle should be do-able! Oh, and a break in between interval sets also 😉
