Run number one in the books… 11.5 miles – 1.35 minutes…
Introduced myself back to my hilly route… Hill workout, long run all in one
It’s aggressive but a great training route none the less… That monster at the end was like climbing a damn mountain. Halifax and the whole province of Nova Scotia is hilly!!!
Wanted to maintain a conservative pace for at least the first half…
Now I am thirsty and hungry and need food!
