Training… Valley Harvest Marathon… Bluenose Marathon

Week 3: 41.5 miles total…

Week 4 LSD…

One of my seldom early morning runs… I was tired and didn’t sleep well… The constant uphill made this run feel longer… Wanted to run it slower, difficulty slowing down.

Came across an interesting elevation profile while going through myGarmin data…

The elevation profile of our local marathon… Care of Garmin… No wonder this is not included on the website…
